ABOUT
Phil Ciano is a founding partner of the 20 year litigation/deal shop, Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP. Phil represents clients across three key areas: healthcare, commercial law and sports law. With over 20 years of experience, his practice spans from New York to Los Angeles. Clients include world-renowned physicians, public and closely-held companies, and international sports agencies / certified agents in professional baseball, basketball, football and golf. Phil also serves as a federally-appointed Special Master, court-appointed Receiver and mediator of complex business disputes.
GIVING BACK
Outside of his legal work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to charitable causes including True Freedom Ministries, Mater Dei and Gesu Catholic Church, and Partnership Schools NYC. Phil also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society and Miami University’s Parent Council.
