Phil Ciano is a founding partner of the 25 year litigation/deal shop, Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP.  Phil represents clients across three key areas: sports law, commercial law and healthcare. With over 25 years of experience, his practice spans from New York to Los Angeles.  Clients include world-renowned physicians, public and closely-held companies, and international sports agencies / certified agents in professional baseball, basketball, football and golf.  Phil also serves as a federally-appointed Special Master, court-appointed Receiver and mediator of complex business disputes.
