Andy is a skilled trial lawyer representing clients in a diverse array of personal injury, wrongful death, and specialty torts.  He regularly represents victims of sex abuse in Ohio and across the country.

Andy is often referred serious and complex cases from other lawyers, judges and former clients. He is motivated by an unparalleled drive.  He completed a 4-year night law program in 3 years, all while working full-time as a claims adjuster. 

Andy is regularly recognized by his peers, having been selected “Attorney of the Year” in 2019 by Best Lawyers, selected to the Top 50 in Cleveland and Top 100 list compiled by Super Lawyers every year since 2016, a Super Lawyer every year since 2008 and Best Lawyer every year since 2015, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.

As a committed victim advocate and community leader, Andy is a Board of Director of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. He is also President of the No Pain No Gain Foundation, a charity providing support, courage and hope to children afflicted by cancer.
