ABOUT

Sarah is a senior associate with Ciano & Goldwasser and she currently manages Ciano & Goldwasser’s Denver, CO office.  Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the firm’s commercial litigation group.  Sarah represents individuals and corporations in complex commercial, transactional and business litigation matters involving Ohio and Colorado law.  She has second chaired arbitration, trial and dispute resolution experience, representing clients both in and outside of Ohio.

Sarah has argued twice before a panel of professional international arbitrators in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.  Sarah has had her legal writing published in the Case Western Reserve University Journal of International Law and in a recent HealthPath Foundation of Ohio white paper. 

OTHER THAN LAW

Outside of her legal work, Sarah enjoys all that beautiful Denver and its surrounding areas have to offer.  Sarah stays busy hiking and biking; and also spending time on her longtime passion of arts and crafts.
